About how muh would it cost to turn on electricity in a small apartment?

The deposit is typically the same for everyone... unless they've been a customer in good standing for several years (then it's typically waived). The size of the apartment doesn't matter for utility companies. $150 non-refundable deposit is typical in my Indiana town for electric.
