Anyone knows of good books about the costs of running a website?

I'm looking for a book or at least some sort of reference which would teach me the expenses of running a website. This includes from the startup process where you register for a domain host provider to the point where if you were as big as facebook as an example, how much it would cost to have the database, servers to run it. In conclusion, I'm trying to learn about costs so if I were to expand my website, I'll have an idea what kind of costs will incure to my business and I hope to have a firm grasping of it. I'm in particularly interested in this so I can know what's financially realistic.
