How much for an inch tattoo?

I live in NY, im 20 and i want a tattoo but i want to know how muh it would be, its gonna be about an inch, no more than that . What do you guys think the price would be? Im thinking of getting it at a place called Utopia, they have good tattoo artist so anyone know how much??
