How much would it cost to fix my guitars head stock/ Tuning pegs?

I have an old acoustic guitar and its fine but the tuning pegs and tuning system is so rusty and stuff that i cant turn them, how much would it cost to go to a repair shop and get 6 all new tuning things for the guitar?
