i leave for army boot camp in May 2011 and i stand at 5'5 and when i had my physical, the woman said i weight 143..and that was two months ago, since then, i gained 2 pounds.so now i'm 145 pounds. i barely have any muscle lol and i wanna get fit for boot camp so my time there wont be so hard on me. how much weight do i need to loose..what are some easy ways to get me fit.....whats the max calories i should be able to eat a day without gaining much..yesterday i played basketball and on my ipod nike fitness thingy, it said i burned 117 calories while taking 4650 steps. but later ate something thta had 290 calories in it and some water, is that bad?
