How to fix loose foot pegs on 1980 hona xr 80?

hi i bought a 1980 hona xr80 and the foot pegs were really loose so i checked it out and there were only 2 bolts holding it in( there are surposed to be 4) so i went to tighten them and the holes are stripped. the holes for the bolts for the foot pegs are on the block and am wondering how i can fix this?
