Looking for the name of an old computer game?

I think it was made by Egames, anyways, the game was a puzzle game, at the beginning you had the U.S Map, you had to pick a state. Once you picked a state there were all these stars you had to get rid of that were inside the state. You had to remove the stars like a Peg Board Game (the little games at Cracker Barrel) I think. thanks for your help!
