What hub guards fit Sunday aaron ross pro bike?

I have a sunday aaron ross pro bike and everyone tells me that if i get pegs i should really get hub guards, so i really no nothing about hub guards and which ones would fit my sunday aaron ross pro bike? And what are hub guards like? how do you put them in? do they go on the outside where the pegs go or do you need to take the wheel off your bike and put it where the hubs are? and once you have hub guards any pegs you have will still fit onto it right?
