Does he like me? Yes or No?

I like this boy named Jacob. He is my BEST friend. He knows I used to like him, but he doesn't know I still do. Everyone tells me he likes me but he told me he wouldn't date me even if I was the last girl on Earth. He cares about my feelings, like if I'm sad, he does anything to make me laugh, he asks me what's wrong and texts me until I tell him and stuff like that. He let's me ride on his handlebars, and bike pegs. And if I talk about another guy around him he starts acting all manly and showing-off. My sister told me that he told her that he likes me. Does he like me? And if he does how can I tell him I like him?
