I have a pos compaq presario cq56 it has a intel celeron 2.20ghz processor?

im looking to change the processor to up performance burning dvds but if i have to spend more on the processor than i did on the comp then i wont i was looking for advice on this matter and if a processor isnt the answer then maybe someone could suggest better software to use to burn dvds with but i doubt that would help when im burning dvds my processor stays pegged at 100% for one and a half to three hours i was wondering if anyone would have any tips to help me get that time down to more like thirty minutes even if that advice is get a new comp dude ! just let me know what u think
