I hit my second biggest toe on my left foot Yesterday and now its swollen and very numb?

When this happened i was dancing to brittney spears ''till the world ends'' and i kicked my leg up but i ended up kicking the wood peg for my bed insted , Now the toes is very numb and very swollen i tryed putting ice on it last night but it just hurt even more I can bend it only so far and i cant walk on my left foot at all i have to hop ,CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHATS WRONG WITH MY TOE :( And its not the big'toe its the toe after that
