Should i tell m friend she is annoying?

Ok so last yea I started to like this guy, no big deal just a little high school fling. Anyways I have this semi friend who is good friends with this guy. This friend of mine thinks she owns ay guy sh has ever liked he slightest bit. So as soon as I tell her how I feel she is immediatly "oh like he likes me so much its so annoying i just want him to like you not me." She is always telling me how muh he "loves" her but when I talk to him he says no way I even think she is acractive. Now I am over the little crush but my "friend" thinks sh owns this guy and he can't possibly like anybody else. Right now the guy has a girlfriend and I have to hear about how terrible this other girl is whien I think she is a perfectly fine girl. I am sick o my so called friend and she anoys me. What do you guys think? Should I try to make the friendship work or slowly grow apart from her???
