Why are certain people of color inexcusably noisy and rude?

Oh trust me when I say this, it is not only coloured skin people who do this. I've seen white girls and boys mostly young people, scream and swear unnecessarily. It happens all the time, yes it is really frustrating especially when you're on the bus from a difficult hard days work, hoping to travel home in peace and then comes on these hooligans. Yes so annoying, annoying is probably an understatement.
