you play with one other person. I'm pretty sure the little plastic game itself is blue (or black). One person makes a combination of 4 (maybe 5) little colored pegs (almost like mini golf tees) in a certain order and put it at the end of the board where the other person can't see it. Then the other person has to put an order of pegs into little holes the way they think their opponent has theirs. The other opponent puts little tiny stick like pegs into holes next to the rows that shows how many they had right. They keep going until there's no more rows (the person lost) or they guess it correctly. What is the name of this game??

Guilty about good graduation grade?

I got my marks earlier today, hoping for a 2:1 but expecting to get a fairly average 2:2, maybe low 2:1. Instead it turns out I got a first class degree, with the second highest mark in the class, but I feel terrible about it. My grade was published along with my results, so I checked them to be sure and they add up fine. I didn't cheat and put lots of effort into my work all the time, and know I'm fairly self-critical, but even though I'd been told I could get that mark I still pegged myself lower. My friends and family keep asking what I got, and every time I'm asked I feel worse. I haven't been able to tell anybody yet because I feel so guilty about it, but I don't know why. One of my housemates is quite big headed and has always regarded me as some sort of idiot, so when he asked what I got, I explained that I didn't want to talk about it and now I'm fairly sure he thinks I didn't graduate or got a low third or something. I want to feel proud of my results and tell people, but instead I feel really guilty. My course has shut down now, so I was in the last year that would ever be examined, so I'm also scared people will think the university boosted my grade, even though it was all externally moderated because there were so few people left in the class at the end. I know I've worked just as hard as anybody else, and should be proud of my marks, but I still can't help feeling bad about it all. I feel like if I say I've got a first it'll sound like boasting, and that's the last thing I want as I'm rather shy and would rather just hide somewhere. Should I say I got a second, or try and be proud of my real grade?

My son just turned 2 a week ago and didn't say more than about 10 words until around 22 months. Before that it was just basic mama, dada, cat. Now he can name all his body parts, all the colors, tons of animals and their sounds, and uses 2-3 word sentences. He went from a few words to all that in the span of a month. During my undergraduate studies I worked in a lab on campus. During my employment there was internal issues with payroll resulting in no checks and balances being made for the hours I would submit online. This was realized by another coworker of mine who abused the system and over-reported hours while scarcely showing up to work. Almost a year after working there I was sent an email one day that told me that all undergraduates working in the lab could no longer come to work because of some kind of danger it posed to them. About a week later I found out that they were looking into all the undergraduates who worked in the lab and compared their hours with one another. I was over 200 hours in reported hours less than the other worker who did over-report but they still pegged me as guilty. The said I owed upwards near 300 hours of money (~$2500) in over-reported hours and this number was based on a figure created by one of the lab techs who worked there who was one of my two separate supervisors. I disputed the claim endlessly, going through the university legal system, was involved in a hearing where they turned my evidence against me and without even considering it was a mistake that they had found me guilty they said I could either pay or be suspended. I chose to continue the dispute and transfer to another school before they could put a hold on my records. I continued disputing, was suspended from that school (while the guilty over-reporter paid and got put on probation) and now that I am graduated with my degree from another school wanting to apply to medical school next year I am unable to retrieve my transcript from that university because of this unresolved dispute. Is this legal? I was not sent to collections for any of this money they claim I owe and I am being denied access to my transcripts which is seemingly unrelated to my employment. I owe nothing in terms of money for the courses I took. Should I take it to the courts? How do I get access to these transcripts and explain to schools I apply to my situation?

Dual monitor problem?

I installed a new graphics card (Nvidia GeForce 7300 LE), which has a DVI port. I got a 2-way DVI to VGA splitter and plugged in my two monitors for dual desktop. At startup, the dual monitor setup always works, but after a certain amount of time, one of the monitors stops being recognized and the display reverts back to a single monitor (the screen that is no longer recognized is not the same one everytime). The only way for me to get my two displays to show again is for me to restart my computer. Is there a way to make it so that both displays are always recognized and functioning properly? Oh yeah... and I have Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I also tried the same setup with an ATI FirePro graphics card (this card had 2 DVI ports with VGA converters, so I used those), and I was experiencing the same problem. I even went into the BIOS and made sure my active video defaulted to PEG instead of Auto, and still no luck. Does anyone know what could be causing this strange problem? Any help is much appreciated. Oh... and my monitors are both LG Flatron L1943PE.

I have a slight problem with the sims 3?

I have never had problems with the Sims 3 until now. I have expanded my game and I'm having a serious glitch on all of active households in the sims. I am supposed to have 5 in one household but only 3 sims show up on the active sims bar. I don't know how to fix this I tried to evacuate them and move them into a new house it wouldn't let me do that. When I try to do anything with this particular family of sims my game stops responding and I have to close it. One sim aged up on the game before it started glitching and a new one was born, I saved my game shortly after but I don't think it should get rid of my sims from my active household. 2003 S10 a/c problems?

I have a 2003 S10 pickup 4.3 V6, the low pressure switch was unplugged, when i plugged it in the compressor kicks on the right back off. When i bypass the switch the compressor stays on but air isn't blowing any cooler. Checked the freon level, high side is showing normal, low side is near pegged out. No change while compressor is running. Any suggestions?

I bought a new motherboard, LGA Socket 775. I had an old fan and screwed it in to tight, and the screws broke inside of the pegs. I've tried tweezers, small needle-nose pliers, and a wire cutter. NOTHING IS WORKING :,( I want to get some tips how to remove the screws, or replace the backplate. Can any one help with this?

Sudden hearing loss in one ear, causes?

Even a very small blockage can cause this symptom. I had the same problem as you recently, and ended up having my ears "blown out" at my doctor's office. They got only a tiny bit of wax, but it did the trick. Another thing you can try is baby oil. Slightly warm a small amount, pour in your ear, let sit for a few minutes, then turn over and drain. I had swimmer's ear as a child and this worked for me all the time. Also try pulling on your ear lobe to try to dislodge it. Good luck; I know this is really uncomfortable.

Why does my Stepfather/stepfather's family/ hate me?

Okay, I'm going to start this off by saying that I need some clarification on how to deal with him and his parents, because frankly, this pisses me off. He doesn't like my taste in music, and flat out refused to lend me money AFTER I had cleaned the house up so I could buy a Dead Kennedy's CD, because he doesn't like the 'noise' I play. We got in to a fight over how I don't do well in school, and how I refuse to conform in a uniform public school (don't ask me how that works) And tossed my Doc Martens across the house, and yelled at me. and it's always been this way, and when he found out I smoked, he basically looked at me and said "Your a disappointment" And started shunning me all these years. I come home with my nose pierced, he yells and says it's 'not ethical' and that No one would hire me at a job with that piece of metal sticking out of my face (I then later got a call from a music store and had gotten hired, and acted a little smug) And then there's the grandparents, now, don't get me wrong, I love them, but the littlest brother gets all of their attention, they talk to him, and the last time I visited them they said a total of six words to me, then they got mad after I had told them that the milk they had was sour. I try my hardest to be nice to them and to not swear around them, but the last fight I had involved all of them, I said '**** off and stop telling me how to live my life' and I stormed out of the house, then later when I returned, they where talking about me and how I was 'wild'' and that I needed discipline. What the **** is their problem anyways? I'm going to talk the way I want to, I'm going to stick up for my beliefs and I'm going to live my life the way I want to, and I'm wondering why they can't just accept who I am and move on?

I own two kittens, both of the Manx variety. One a dimpy rumple and one a stumpy. They are brothers from the same litter. I made a vet appointment yesterday for their big set of shots, they go in one week from tomorrow, on their 12 week mark. The rumpy, Liam, has had diarrhea the last two days. I think it's probably just because he got into my room mates older cat's food dish. I now lift that cat's dish up if my two are in the area. He is still playing, eating, and drinking PLENTY of water. Glue for stringed instruments pegs?

I have a cello that keeps slipping whenever I tune it. Its so bad it's to the point where i tune one string but by the time I get to the next one it's already out of tune. I don't think you've thought this through. You say crowns are worthless but then say I will get it extracted and then get a bridge. Look up what a bridge actually is. It's basically 3 crowns stuck together. They have to take down the teeth on both sides of the "gap" down to "stubs" so the bridge will have something to attach to. You're complaining it's stupid to spend money and grind down one tooth and instead you'll wait for a tooth to break, go through having it extracted, have the teeth on either side "widdled down to a stub" and then pay the equivalent of 3 crowns plus the extraction?? My office charges $825 for a crown. That bridge would be 3 teeth so 3 * $825 plus $125 for the extraction...so about $2600. Doesn't make sense really but it's your money. Crowns are cemented to healthy teeth. Unless he is a scam artist, your dentist should remove all the bad portion of your tooth and rebuild it if he needs to so the crown can seat properly and securely. Bridges leak just like single crowns do so you may to pay that all over again at some point. We just had to replace a bridge on my dad but he had his for 40+ years. It all depends on the quality of the work and how you take care of your teeth after it's done. Just like everything else...bad work and poor maintenance and nothing will last long.
